- The ages of 1-2 year baby requires daily sleep up to
10-13 hours. This includes 2-3 hours in the day time and 9-10 hours at night.

- Baby will lose interest in food while teething. Don't feed the food to baby forcefully, but ensure nutritious snacking between meals and breastfeed as often as the child wants.

- The floor,toys, play area, where the babies crawl around should be kept clean.
-These age group of babies will have a habbit of Putting toys in their mouth, they lick the toys. So, be carefull when choosing toys for your children. Toys shoudn’t be made with any harmfull material.

- Use Baby bed (crib) with high sides made of slats. To avoid
suffocation hazards, keep soft objects and loose bedding like pillows, quilts,
comforters, sheepskin and stuffed toys out of the bed.

- Their clothes and beds should be kept clean.
- Limit high sugar and fat foods, without being overly restrictive.
- Make meal times a pleasant experience.
- physical activity is very important, Maintain appropriate weight levels of child.
- Baby should be taken for a general health check-up once in a month.
- Maintaining a high intake of fluid is very healthy thing for kids.
- If baby having illness don’t give your own medication (or)
told by some one else (adults also), illness of babies may be common thing, but
dosage of drug will be different. So, consult doctor for such things.
- Child should not expose to pollution, (cigarette smoke)
