Health Tips top-1

1.    Start the day with a glass of warm water. (if u don't have problem with 'cold' add a dash of lemon juice aslo)

2.    Drink eight glasses of water a day.

3.    Include two vegetables and one fruit in every meal.


4.   Use only fresh vegetables.

5.   Raw vegetable salad once a Day.


6.    Once a week have only fresh fruits until noon, make lunch the first meal of the day.

7.    Eat only freshly cooked meals, not refrigerated leftovers.

8.    Include one green vegetable and one yellow vegetable in every meal.


9.   Kick the old coffee habit. Have a glass of fresh fruit juice instead.


10. Go on a juice fast for a day. Start with vegetable juice, and sip fruit for lunch and dinner.
